  I can't thank you enough. My friend has fibromyalgia super bad. I printed off what was in one of those links and has helped her a lot to understand, along with telling her doctor how she wants to be treated.

  I'd like to tell you about a Pain Tracker I've been using on the Thyroid Cancer Support Group which has really helped me a lot. This tracker is a free interactive tool that helps me track my pain, medications, symptoms, treatments, and journal entries.
  
  I've found this Pain Tracker to be a great tool for storing information and communicating with others, especially when I e-mail my doctor before an appt or before phone time. It lets them see my pain instead of just "hearing" me talk about my pain.
