Traveling NCR Doctors

does anyone know of any that travel, I know Dr. Howell does, but no where close to MI. I found one but he wants 20 people, which seems unreal.

I know another Doctor, Joseph Steffey, who lectures and travels. They like to present to a group. It's interesting since this procedure tends to 'fix' people - they have to keep coming up with new patients !! -

I've never seen Dr. Joseph Steffey on any list. did he train with Dr. Howell? did you get treated by him.
I did a search and didn't find him except his telephone no in Delray Fl. Is the the one?
