  Anytime I travel the downward spiral, it is music that brings me back. This group is proof that it works for many people. Music has always touched a nerve with me. I am glad to see other people use it the same way I do!!! BIG HUGS ALL!!!

  hey everyone this group is like finding a billion soulmates lol ok exaggerated but its like finding people who get me. whenever im sad i write songs or poems or i find songs that express how i feel. i then listen to it until i feel better seems to work better then any pill or therapist lol hope ...
