IDENTIFICATION WITH THE BODY
Chapter 2 page 49 - 53
Pg 50 “If the sufferer could look at her body without the interfering judgments of her mind or even recognize those judgments for what they are instead of believing in them- or better still, if she could feel her body from within – this would initiate her healing.”
Is my life’s fulfillment contingent on the fulfillment of my desire to be a women & conceive a child?

pg 51 “… identifying with the ‘problematic’ body… think or speak of yourself as ‘sufferer’… You then unconsciously cling to the illness because it has become (a part of your identified self.) …the ego in search of a stronger identity can and does create illness in order to strengthen itself through them.”
Do I identify myself as an infertile woman, as a ‘non-parent’? Does this ‘identity’ effect me & my body? Does this effect who I see myself as a woman?

I have read the book and came to the conclusion that I don't suffer from Unexplained Infertility... I have fertility challenges to move through to align my body with the universal mind so as to project the news to my child that I am ready. As such the word beginning with an I is not part of my vocabulary any longer... Enjoy the book, if you are ready and open to the insight he provides it will move you as you have never expected.
