I found this site, that lists all the different Mouse alternatives available if you having difficulties using a computer mouse.

  lol thanks. I have covered Assistive ware before on one of my earliest posts as both myself and another member on here use the 'Keystrokes' program by Assistiveware. However only Switch XS actually moves the mouse cursor for you for people who can only use scanning/switches to access a computer.

For People who have severe speech difficulties and use AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) such as signing, symbol books, or Electronic devices such as Lightwriters, Dynavox etc.
