Perenial Massage, Arnica & Baby Tens. Any good?

Hi

I am just over 30 weeks pregnant and have heard that arnica is good for healing. I have also heard that perenial massage is helpful too. Also are baby tens units any good. I know you can hire them but I want more children and it'll work out cheaper to buy in the long run.

What is the best perenial massage oil to use (Bio Oil, Zita West, etc)?

What arnica is best to use (arnica massage oil, arnica massage cream, arnica capsules)? What strenth 6c or 30c etc? When do you start taking it if you take it orally?

What is the best Baby Tens machine (Elle Digital, Mama Tens etc)?

Any advice welcome. Thanks.

  I'll try not to get all technical BUT TENS stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation. You place little electrode pads onto your back during labour and pulses are transmitted across the skin to reduce the pain sensation. It works by increasing endorphins in your own body to help you cope with the pain better.
  
  I bought the elle tens machine in the end. Looks really good. Heard lots of good things about them at my ante natal classes. I've also bought my arnica which I am advised to take 3 days before expected labour and 3 days afterwards to help healing. I went for the 30C capsules rather than the 6C.
  
  I have also bought my perenial massage oil from boots but have not yet started the massage as yet.
