Estrangement is heartbreaking. You may feel alone and judged unfairly and depression is overwhelming. Often family doesn't understand the reasons for our estrangement. These are difficult times. We offer friendship, support and the knowledge that we MUST focus on ourselves to overcome our darkest emotional state.
