How is everyone doing? I wanted to send an updated message from myself because it has been a long time since I have been on this website. I have started getting group support help at my church. You will be surprised at the emotions that you have inside of you when you just start talking. Sometimes I feel that no one will understand me but at other times I feel that people look at me with such pity. I know that it is all in my head, but that is how I feel. I wanted to find out from everyone what has helped you all with your journey of greif?

I am so glad to see that this support group that I have created for those families who have lost a child, has grown and expanded! We all have experienced the worst pain, grief, and loss that anyone can ever feel. But it is important for us to stay strong and to stay positive. Just take everyday of your life one step at a time and everyday make a new goal for yourself that is going to positively change your surroundings. Once you change what is on the inside of you, then you will see your circumstances and surroundings change because of what you feel on the inside of you. Stay strong.

Here is the link to a funny cartoon about Charlie the Unicorn. My boyfriend showed this to me and it so stupid that it is funny. So watch this and hopefully it will make you laugh. But you have to have an open mind about it. I promise its nothing R Rated or X rated and no cursing. It's just funny.
