Want to lose 1-2 pounds a week and walk 30 minutes a day. Cut out fast food and eat more veggies and fruit.
Just came back from a walk my dog. I walked at least 45 minutes. Yeah for me.

DAY 11
Walked for 35 minutes with my dog hacking and coughing much of the way. Had to call my work that I could not come in. Feel badly about that but I hate it when coworkers come in sick and give it to everybody else, plus it's not good for customers to see you sick, especially when you have a deep cough/hack. Really needed to work today. Don't work, don't get paid.
So far my calorie intake for breakfast is 239 calories -

Yesterday I ate 1300 calories.
Got on the scale today. I lost 1 lb. That isn't a lot but my goal is 1 lb a week. Not to gross anyone out but I noticed since I've changed my diet to eat a whole lot of veggies, fruit, grain and a very tiny amount of mean my bowels have changed. -

I haven't been here awhile. Fell of the wagon you might say and starting eating too much when I came home from work.
Was never overweight until I reached age 42 and I tried to think what I did before I became so overweight. In my younger years I weighed myself daily and this way I couldn't go in denial. Over the years I refused to get on a scale, even at the doctor's office because I didn't want to face the truth that I was now fat. Well, several days ago I started weighing myself daily. It's like a cold splash of reality.
I'm getting ready to walk my dog. -

Day 4: I'm watching what I'm eating and counting calories on fitday.com and it's amazing how quickly the calories add up. I'm stunned. Lunch, steamed veggies and a very tiny portion of noodles with chix and banana.
Dinner: Tomato soup, 2 slices of bread with cream cheese.
Welcome
