I HOPE THEY ARE OF INTEREST TO YOU AND HELP YOU BETTER UNDERSTAND...... THE CONCEPT OF WEIGHT LIFTING FOR TONING AND SHAPING! I FOUND THEM TO BE A VERY EDUCATING AND INTERESTING READ! HOPE YOU DO TOO?  BOOMERTOO

 as you can see i am posting exercises for toning and strenth training .....with and without.....

 free weights (some of these exercises posted.... you use your own body weight to work out with! )

these exercises, are especially good for those who do not have dumb bell or bar bell sets .
