finally!!!

i bought a starter set of weights today1 only 100 pounds for now! that was all i could afford at the time!
it's a good set for me to begin lifting again!
keep me posted as to how you all are doing ok? ttyl, boomertoo

    Wow! 100 pounds, that's a lot of weight. I just have a couple of small dumbbells I bought. The heaviest set is only 10 pounds. Be careful!

    i will! if i have to...considering my back problems and knee problems...i'll go get myself a back brace and knee braces! lol! i used to lift when i was younger! that was wayyyy back in the early 80's though! i'll keep you posted as to how it goes when they get here and i actually start using them! :) ttyl, boomertoo

    I don't lift that much wieght either...

    wow!i only lift 35-50 at a time.i am not able to lift more then 15 right now so i can not wait to get back in the swing of things again.be safe and dont overdue.
