I had some problems with Bank of America a while back. I have three credit cards that were with MBNA and then were taken over by BofA. Well, they lost one of my credit card payments and admitted it and said they would reserch it. What happened then is that they cut the line of credit drastically on two of my credit cards, one I used for my medical. I called several people and finally spoke to their credit specialist who wouldn't bunge an inch. Well, I got a letter finally that they found my payment some time after it showed up on my credit card statement. I am on disability and I depended on the cards in case I need to go to the hospital and for my mail order prescriptions. I have been so angry at them because this was totally unwarranted and just mean. I hope that if you are doing business with them that you find yourself another bank.
