Needing support

Things are really crazy for me right now. I just moved in with a friend, dont know if this is a permanent thing or not. Left my church, a lot of my friends. Was discharged from the mental health agency I was using. Trying to get new services in the new place I'm at now, but not hooked up with anything yet. REALLY alone in all my struggles... was retraumatized this week, ran into my rapist, totaly freaked me out! please help, if you can...

Sounds to me like you are having a very bad week. Why did you quit your church? Sorry the mental health facility discharged you. That is one of my fears today. -

MAYBE IT WOULD HELP YOU IF YOU WENT BACK TO YOUR CHURCH AND IF YOU DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THAT ONE, MAYBE YOU CAN FIND A NEW ONE. HAVE YOU FOUND A NEW PLACE TO TALK TO SOMEONE?
