I'm taiking LDN for Fibrositis. I have noticed that I have become constipated since starting it, 6 wks ago. Also I am having a bruising feeling in area of my spleen and wondering if I could be getting an enlarged spleen. LDN does boost production of T Killer cells, which are probably made in teh Spleen, so I wonder if I could be getting a beningn splenic hyperplasia ( enlargement) stretching the capsule and giving this bruising feeling? Any one else had or heard of similar possible side effects? I am not surprised about the constipation, as opiates do constipate.
