want to try B1 for a while? 100 MG a day. My legs were stiff when I started LDN and I found B1 by accident, I was taking it when I went camping, to keep mosquitoes from eating me alive.
Each year I'd start 2 days before going and stop when I got home. In 2005 I happened to go for 18 days, by the 14th day something seemed different. I could Suddenly walk a lot better.
I didn't know what did that, but I knew I just started the B1's for longer than ever before so I kept taking them. In April 2007 I had just bought new bottles and couldn't find them just before leaving on a trip. I figured I'd just stop taking the B1s. In 2-3 days I felt the difference and rebought B1's.
So, I don't know for sure, but considering what they think B1 does, it makes sense.
Good luck.

Can't walk...

I've been taking LDN since Feb. 09. Ever since I started this, my legs have become so much worse. I only take 1.5 mg. Tried going up to 3.0 mg slowly, but the more I take, the worse I get. I can hardly walk at all now. Thing is, since I can't take anything else, I'm almost afraid to stop taking LDN for fear I will progress faster...but, then I think, I've become so much worse since starting this stuff...I'm torn as what to do...

Nothing wrong with taking B-vitamins, but if I were in your position I would consider the possibility that LDN is not the right drug for you.
How is your sleep? Poor sleep can make MS worse. Staying up all night isnt very healthy, especially if you have daytime responsibilities.
What drugs have you been on and why cant you take any others?
