I do not think there is anyone that can tell you what you "should" do.
I am on week 3, I just have to stay aware.
good luck.

Experiencing new symptoms after 3 wks on LDN
Posted on 06/05/09, 01:26 pm
I started on LDN 3mg, 3.5 weeks ago and moved up to 4.5mg, 2 weeks ago and over the last week I started having difficulty walking (my left leg has become very hard to move). I had no problems before I started on LDN, should I go back to 3mg? Is the reason this happened because I have had Spasticity in the, past even thought I have never had a real problem walking like I do now. Plus I have horrible leg stiffness too after starting LDN, I only had a little in my right leg before.
Thank you in advance for any responses.

When you increase the dose it can take longer than two weeks for your system to adjust, some say up to three months, although many adjust in a matter of weeks. Many people start at 1 or 1.5 mg for a month and increase by 1.5 g each month until they reach 4.5 mg. Lots of people stick at 3 mg after going up to 4.5 and finding that it is too much and that they were getting good results at 3 mg. It's somewhat frustrating because it is not immediately clear whether you are just adjusting to the higher dose or if it is really too much for you.
