LDN Day 12 & sleep de loo

Posted on 05/28/09, 11:52 am
I have been noticing my sleep pattern seems to go through a cycle of: wake up...drift off..wake up..drift off until of course until I just GET UP! not a problem really, just curious.
And I wonder, I was Dx with MS 1n 1994, only recently and on this site did I hear of LDN. My neuro knew about it but never said a thing! I wonder why??

15 months on LDN for me. I was already in a wheelchair and needing help to dress and get in and out of bed. Immediate improvements--first week or so: bladder close to normal, much less fatigue, less heat sensitivity. Changes over the first few months: return of use in fingers and feeling in toes. I was doing great until I got bad LDN from a local pharmacy 9 months in. Symptoms began to return, including horrible bursitis that had gone away--I had not credited LDN for that. Back on Skip's script for a month and I am getting back my good results. The bursitis retreated and now I can sleep on my side again.
