when do you know if you should go up to 4.5 LDN?

I'm on 3mg's so far. I'm just starting month #3 on LDN and was just wondering if I should try to increase to 3.5-4.0 or 4.5. I know someone who is on 4.5 and also is on the Tysabri trial. He's doing great! He has even cut the grass a couple times which he hasn't done in years. Hope everyone's doing good. =)

Just for the sake of discussion, all the inflammatory/immune system diseases show a protective/exacerbation cycle involving pregnancy and the post partum period. Nearing the time of birth, the major mental illnesses resolve for some time. Post partum depression however is legendary. I am not certain that MS or these other diseases could be manipulated using melatonin or DHEA. DHEA can cause mania if given in high enough doses and melatonin causes depression if not given properly at night. The influence of the sex hormones has me confused too. The diseases are not different in men and women, just the rate of occurence varies. I am also interested in the theory of malfunctioning vit d receptor genes when added to viral exposure and dietary problems. These are all such very complicated conditions, which make the LDN that much more interesting.
