I am having pretty good luck with Fat Smash. It is rough for a little while, but it gets easier. It's based around small, frequent healthy meals, and for the first nine days you eat fruits and veggies, low-fat yogurt, egg whites, and brown rice.
The most important part for me is getting out and moving. I go out and do a vigorous 30 min walk five times a week, and usually do some light strength training with dumbells or resistance bands on the off days. Right now cardio is more important than muscle-building for me.
I plan to stick with it. I'm down 22 lbs in a month and a week.
So stick to the weight watchers plan if does work and it's preety healthy too. Are you following the points plan or core plan?
