Another Birth Control Question

So right now I'm on the patch (Ortho Evra), but I'm also on Provigil and Lamictal, which interfere with the absorption of hormonal birth control. The only other method of birth control I've used is condoms, but I'm wondering if anyone has used other methods, specifically a diaphragm (but really anything), how convenient or inconvenient it was, how well it worked, etc. Any feedback is very much appreciated.

  My pdoc wants me on the pill. I haven't ever taken it since I've been on my meds though. Oh goody. Always something to look forward to, I guess. My meds have already made me gain weight, now the pill will probably cause my skin to break out in pimples.
