Paperwork confusion

I have had one cancelled IVF (not enough eggs) So am starting again. But the billing and paperwork are so confusing and the IVF accountant was not the most helpful person and left me still confused. So am passing the buck to my husband to deal with them, because I can't understand why they can't be kind on the phone. I am not a genius but I'm not stupid either. I need someone to explain slowly that's all! One final rant, what happened to phone manners??????!!!!

    No kidding! I am SO ready to be D-O-N-E with my RE office and "graduate" to a normal doc. Their office is so disorganized, my bills are never correct (I actually got the bill for a different patient once) and the front desk staff are rude. Why keep going to them? Because they are the only office in town... The next closest is in SF which is a couple of hours away.
    All I can say is, it will all be worth it when you get your BFP! Hang in there!

    I feel so badly for anyone having to deal with an unprofessional IVF clinic. I'm not sure where you guys are going but I am happy with the clinic I have.

    I agree with GTsmommy -- it will be worth it when the BFP shows up!
