Has anyone gotten pregnant from 1st IUI?

I'm 6 days post my iui. I had 3 follies over 20 mm and 1 that was 15. My doctor has a 33% success rate with injectables and IUI's.So at first I felt very positive, but after reading about all the failed iui's online. I'm very discouraged and projecting the worst,I can't stop obsessing. I went for my 22 day progesterone blood test and ultrasound and my progesterone level is 39 and my ovaries are very swollen. The nurse said I would have to sit out next month. I'm praying for a miracle but I just know i'm not pregnant.I keep thinking god is punishing me. Has anyone else felt like this?

  YES I HAVE FELT THE SAME WAY, STILL DO SOMETIMES. EVERYONE KEEPS SAYING IT WILL HAPPEN AND I KNOW HOW HARD IT IS. I ALLREADY HAD 2 IUI'S AND NOTHING YET. SO I DON'T KNOW. HOPEFULLY IT WILL HAPPEN SOON, SOMETIMES THIRD TIME IS A CHARM? BUT EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT YOU KNOW. HOPEFULLY YOU WILL BE SUCCESFUL WITH THE FIRST ONE. I AM PRAYING FOR AND I DO WISH YOU LOTS OF LUCK...STICKY BABY DUST TO YOU.!
