any unfaithful wives in here....?

I did something I never thought I was capable of, something I am deeply ashamed of and I am looking for advice from anyone who may have dealt with the same issues and trying to rebuild their marriage.

  not that it matters but my husband got out before we got married ( I didnt think i could take so much alone time) and went back in a few years after we married....no excuses just giving a little background....never an excuse to be disgusting and cheat though.....
