So i am writing you to ask you what you think is should ask for in my divorce. all of you have been divorced and i value your opinions. I dont have a choice here I have tried. My lawyer is asking for a prioritized list. But my issue is that I didnt marry for money or possesions. I do not know what to ask for. IT does bug me that the last 13yrs have been reduced down to the things which have no meaning to me. We do not own any property. there are two vehicles his project car and the truck bought for me. I am looking for a job but i do not have one as of yet. Everybody here knows some or most of what happened. The short of it is he is already planning his next wedding and wants this done asap. Yes I have spoken to his command and yes they are supposidly working on it. this is neither here nor there. As much as i hate it he is not the man i married and this is his choice. He died the first time he went to iraq in 2005. However the point of this is to ask for advice on what i should or should not ask for. i have very few ideas and expectations. You all have had experiences here in this situation. Short of a firing squad what are your ideas.

I will be taking back my maiden name any of you who have done this a heads up on all that i will need to change back would be very appriciated.
