I am so very sorry

Posted on 11/05/09, 06:28 pm
I am sorry I abandoned this group after forming it. I have reasons but they are only excuses. I am ashamed and feel like a hypocrit. I am not positive now, as I am living with my mother who is dying of chronic osteomyolitis and heart problems. Please forgive me for my absence.
I will try to find the courage to find things to be thankful for, I am thankful I found the nerve to return here.
I would like to find someone to volunteer to be the new founder for this group, as I don't feel worthy any longer.
I did miss you and want you to know you are special people.
Ohana, your comment on my journal made me feel so much better. It gave me the strength to come to this group.

I personally don't think you can be replaced. You tried that once & it did not work well. We don't judge, we support and understand. If we stick together, we can keep one another positive on this page. Sometimes we all have to dig deep within to find the heartfelt thankfulness ... we do it because we truly are grateful.
I am thankful you have returned to us. Love and light OhanaMarie

I can understand you feel the need to apologize, but I'm pretty sure it's understood by everyone here just how overwhelming (thus hugely distracting) Life can be/get. Your amend is complete now that you have returned and let us know that such is the case, and you haven't been touring Europe with U2!

Why not have a few COadministrators that understand the position is a cooperative effort? Then it won't seem so intimidating? I am not sure what is involved, nor have I been an active member-I can't even claim to be a lurker! BUT, if ever there was a time to get involved in a group-esp. this one - this is it for me.

Attitude IS everything. Perception is EVERYTHING....

I am willing to be of some service to you and this group, if you allow me to.

I know there was one person who used to preach a lot on here about HER religious convictions. I think it chased many away. If we could just be more active without her, I think the group would come alive again. I will see about making you an administrator, if you are interested.

As long as you don't abdicate your rightful position, I'd be honored to sub, to work under you to give you your time to grieve as you should have. And to support YOU as you deserve the same kind of support I know you must have given countless others. This is still YOUR group,

As for relious, no. Spiritual? Yes. Higher Powered? Yes. But NOT A PREACHER. Just opinionated, lol about the need for gratitude and saying TY to someone, something somewhere....."reality adjustments"!

So, you stay on board WITH ME, take your time, and show me what the heck to do until you can see clearly again. Lean on me, lean on us - for a change,

    PR.

I agree. Spiritual, yes. Religiou, no. This is not the place for it. We all have our own personal convictions.
I will stay on board. WITH YOU AND OTHERS WHO ARE WILLING TO HELP.
    NAMASTE TO YOU TOO!
    Vicki

I got the group letter, glad you decided to stay. I'm left to assume you are not interested in having other administrators now. Is this the case? Sorry, I'm just confused....

    Hugs,

Some people are both spiritual and religious and that's fine with me.
Pushing ones faith upon another is not okay with me.

Welcome
