can you go out alone

i can go out but i need somone with me does anyone do this am trying to fight it but am scared if i go out i wiil die and my kids of my sister not with me

  WHEN YOU PANIC YOU ARE ACTUALLY HYPERVENTILATING I KNOW IT FEELS LIKE DIEING BUT YOU WONT IF YOUR HEALTHY OTHERWISES, BUT JUST BREATH PICK AND CHOOSE YOUR TIME TO WHEN AND WHERE YOU HAVE TO GO. AND TRY TO SET UP APPTS AHEAD OF TIME TO MAKE SURE SOMEONE CAN GO WITH YOU!

  thank you i do all of that we have to or am not going or doing anythink its so hard but i have to try my best to get out of this its taking my life for to long i hate the dizzyness thats the worst do you get this i have to take meds

  I CAN GET TO MY CHEMIST AS IM REWARDED THERE BY FRIENDS AND LAUGHTER BUT HAVENT LEFT HOME FOR 4 WEEKS ,,,,

  Usually no. When I do I end up in a gas station in a panic attack. Keep my meds in my bad, then I don't want to drive. Lose lose I guess.

  Good morning everyone. No, I cannot go out alone with the exception of going out on my tiny front porch after dark. I cringe at the thought of having to leave the house and cannot do so at all without someone with me. I have two 'safe' people at this time who go with me (one at a time) when I have to go to the Dr office or anywhere. I avoid going out at all costs....in one way I hate being like this and in another don't wish to change a thing. It's safe inside.

  No I usually stay at home except if I am with my husband. I am so tired of this and am looking into getting help........

  i can go out alone. i have taken 2 hour walks in the woods and when i worked at shaw's, i would walk over to kmart and kill time on my breaks or go to market basket. i am usually worse off if i am with soemone b/c then i am worrying about embarassing myself. even in front of my safe person sometimes... i'm gonna start facing my fears to get out of this rut.

  i can only go out with my boyfriend no one else i cant go out alone if i do i dont even get across the road in my street im so worryed that somethin will happen to me if im on my own i no how u feel kimmy x

  depends. Usually i can but if it's a place i've never been before than usually i won't go alone the 1st time.

  I cannot go past the letterbox alone. I am just so fearful of I don't know what. I have someone to take me shopping, social outings and a support worker who knows absolutely nothing about agoraphobia, and thinks that once I have been to a place with her, I will be able to go alone next time. hahahahaha. I spend most of my time in the house and cannot venture out alone as my anxiety goes through the roof and I get "lost". I just freak out.

help each other get out more starting with baby steps even if its to you front door we need to stick together we can do it hugs to all and the best of luck xx
