Note: Just because an herb comes from nature doesn't mean itâ??s always safe. Always know about what you are consuming!!! Some herbs can interact with medications you are already taking as well as some can have adverse effects and low therapeutic margins. Always consult your doctor, holstic medicine practioner and/or a master herbalist.

Helpful Herbs to help tone the viens:
Bayberry Bark, Cayenne, Chickweed, Echinacea, goldenseal, Hawthorn, Kelp, Mistletoe, Mullein, Parsley, Witch Hazel and Yarrow. (Please note several of those have a low therapeutic margin meaning just a small amount can hurt you. So do your research, speak to your doctor etc.)

Herbs rich in vitamin C, E, and bioflavonoids, along with silica and fluorine can be included in the diet to help strengthen and tone veins:
Alfalfa, buckwheat, cayenne, chickweed, dandelion, garlic, horseradish, nettle, oat straw, parsley, plantain, raspberry, rosehips and watercress.
Also you can apply liquid extract of witch hazel to bandages and loosely bind them over the veins over night.

Also other lifestyle changes can help:
    Ensure adequate exercise
    Lose excess weight
Emphasize fesh veggies, feuits and grains
Supplement with vitamin C, B, E, and Bioflavonoids
Supplement with silica, fluorine, and calcium

I really do hope the above mention assist you. Please keep us posted on how you are doing! :)

Thank you so much! I will talk to my herb shop. The owner is master herbalist. I have some of those herbs already but I'll get the others as soon as I can. Exercise is dificult but I do some lite Yoga when I feel up to it. I have already lost over 160lb's and still losing. I'm vegetarian so fruits, grains and veggies are no problem. I already eat that kind of stuff. I take extra vitC and calcium but I will get the other vits as soon as I can. I do take a realy good multi vit. Where would I get witch hazel extract? I needed some hope that my veins are posibly repairable, Thank you!

Hi I had to have warfarin for a dvt and I also had to have lots of bloods taken. When You must never masage a vein though so gently apply the gel in the area.
onions in any form also repair the veins, although it may be damage to the vessel skin which needs aloe vera or lavender or calendular to rebuild the tissue cells.
Aloe vera is very soothing and not too aromatic.
    hope this helps.
