Hugs to all. Hope and pray all is going well with you. Today I started to mix up my exercises a little more by adding in a workout video;{the stair stepper is getting too easy}.....I'll probably be on this video a week or two untill i either get bored with it, or it becomes too easy as well. Weight wise i am doing the weight watchers, I can't wait to start the new momentum program, and i have gone from 269-228 so far! Good luck to all.

Hi all! I've been trying to eat healthier to prepare for getting pregnant, but also to lose a few more pounds so I'm at the ideal weight. Tough job!

BIG {TEDDY} BEAR HUGS TO ALL HERE! I have been getting into the habit of getting on my stair stepper for 10 minutes every morning. it not only wakesme me up, it also energizes me.
