So the paper and pencil got tossed out due to lack of time so I'm hoping having this site open all day will help me keep track:

Thursday, Aug 7

8:00 am Coffee with soy; 3 egg whites, 1/2 yolk with turkey kielbasa 2" piece
11:30 am one soy strawberry yogurt
12:45 pm Sandwich: 2pcs whole wheat bread, one slice turkey, one slice ham, hummus, spinach, carrots

    3:30 snack almonds
    6:45 1 1/2 cups turkey chili, 1 zuchini patty

    no exercise -- mood: work-frustrating, home-happy.

    7:45 am oatmeal with blueberries, banana, cinnamon
    11:15 snack almonds
    12:00 p.m. urbane cafe cilantro chix salad, with balsamic vinaigarrete and bread

    6:15 pm 1 cup turkey chili 1 zuchini patty
    9:30 pm 1/4 cup chicken, 1/2 tomato with bl pepper, 1/2 cup green beans, 1/2 cup frijoles (mmmm mom made)

    Okay so no really bad food on the weekend, all home made mama style.

    Today, Mon Aug 11:

    7:50 am oatmeal, cinnamon, banana, blueberries, coffee with soy
    10:00 almond granola bar
    12:00 2 cups pasta gr turkey mushrooms, sauce
    3:00 1 small cookie, 1 med brownie
    4:00 1 cup froyo vanilla 1/4 cup cookie dough mmmm i know ... mmmm

    8:00 p.m. 1.5 cups homemade pasta, gr turkey, mushrooms, sauce, 1.25 zuchini, 3 pcs broccoli

    Monday Aug 11 exercise--30 mins on the treadmill, 1.3 mins on 5.0 woowoo feel proud of that.

    7:45 2 cups oatmeal, blueberries, cinnamon, banana, coffee with soy

    11:00 am 1 bag almonds, 1 almond granola bar, 1 soy yogurt
    12:30 2 cups pasta gr turkey, mushrooms sauce
    4:30 1 bag almonds, 1 large chocolate fudge cookie thats 300 calories

    7:30 a.m. oatmeal, blueberries, banana, coffee with soy
    11:00 almond granola bar

    5:45 3 slices 8" pizza, ham and pineapple, 5 pcs popcorn chicken, 10-12 pcs fried calamari, 3 diet coke with rum
    10:00 pm 3 pcs nestle choc covered pretzels

    no exercise --- mood, what do you think after 3 drinks??

    7:30 am coffee with soy, oatmeal, blueberries, banana, cinnamon
    10:40 am 1 almond granola

    I wish someone could help me analyze my consumption here, incl calories, nutrients and overall...

    walked around the mall a bit afterwards shopping, does that count as exercise? aw darn I gotta get back to using the pedometer ...
