"Restoring Fertility" DVD

OK Ladies, I just ordered this video today. It should be here Monday. It is a yoga/breathing for fertility DVD, and looked kind of interesting because it breaks your workouts into the phases of your cycle. I will let you know how it is when I try it.

  OK, it arrived today! I ordered it from Amazon. It was about $40 + s/h. That is a little more expensive that most DVDs, but I liked how it broke the month down into the phases of your cycle.
  
  I did the work out for the specific phase I am in now and I loved it. It was pretty easy, mostly stretching, breathing, and a little visualization and a touch of acupressure. I feel sooooo relaxed. I know that other phases of the cycle are a little more active.
