  Hey folks! I'm on a mission to find any moms like me with preteens and teens with autism. My boy hit puberty at full speed and now I feel like I am at square one with all that I know. Also, I just want to commune with those that know exactly where I am in parenthood. :)

  Hello, I am a single mother of two children with autism. They are ages 10 and 5 years old. It is not an easy task for me. It is the most challenging experience I've ever had in my life. And I get depressed a whole lot and I often times feel like it is my fault that I beared two daughters with autism. I often times wonder what did I do to deserve this. I wanted normal children. I've been depressed deal;ing with this matter for years. i have been wanting to join a support group fore a long time . i could really use some guidence on this.

  Welcome everybody! My goal for this group is to use autism therapy information in the published research and the news to generate a discussion about real life treatment options. I think of it as connecting ivory tower to the ground forces or bench science to the playground. What do you think? What is the best way to achieve this? Are there any particular topics you all would like to talk about?
