Hello am new to the group and was hoping to find someone who may have similiar issues and shed some light on how to cope. My son is 5 yrs old and loves anything digital and opening and closing doors. Counting down the microwave, timers etc..and when we are out is all about opening and closing the doors. He is VERY active and distracted. He is all about getting to something he can do over and over again. Never still which is why he sleeps 12 hrs when he hits the bed..I've tried supplements to calm him but nothing so now am looking into trying the diet but I find it hard to be consistent since I've done it before. Any suggestions?
