B-12 tablets

I keep seeing everyone talking about B-12 shots, but there's an easier, cheaper, and painless way to give B-12. I give my son B-12 tablets, just one a day. He loves the flavor, and you can find them at any health food store. They're tiny and disolve fast.
We started giving them to him 6 months ago, and within a week his language improved dramatically. We also give him 2 'Animal Parade' vitamins a day and 2 'gummy' vitamins a day. Last week we started giving him two of the B-12 tablets since his developement seemed to be stalled for 2 months. He seems to be improving again, but it's only been a week.
**Jonathan is also on a gluten-free, all natural (no artificial colors or preservatives) diet.**

My son is 5 now, and we started them right after his 5th birthday.
It's 14.95 for a 30-count box. Go to www.hsnaturals.com and you'll see them right on the homepage called SUBLINGUAL B12. You can get them at just about any health food store too.
The directions say to put the tablets under your tongue, but Jonthan never understood that at first, and he just sucked on them. They're always gone in about 2 minutes. I tried one just to see what the flavor is like, and it's not bad. My little guy is VERY picky and I couldn't get him to take Supernuthera, but he takes these without a problem =) -

I have also tryed the b-12 tabs and a liquid b complex that I bough at the local market street. It seems to make my 5 year old kinda crazy
(more so than he already is)but I have done tons of reading that supports it so I will reintroduce. I also have him on a powder spectrum complete, B-6/mag, fish oil,L-torine,cal/mag,probiotics, vit c,and a few others. He is a different child now and with everything I add -

hi again back with more update ok its been about 1 month 2 weeks since we gave our daughter DMG plus b complex liquid i dont know if this is anything we saw a few improvements but latley eversince we took her to disneyland she has been a little off she had an ok time then saw minnie and was overstimulated with happiness now when she see things on TV she doesnt like she gets upset its like she is a more sentive so we decreased her intake of dmg for now, but yet i heard there are cleansning symptoms when you give your child detox and vitamins/supplements and it should only last short term. some kids act more hyper or experiernce headache/ nausea. and fatige. anyway i also do clay baths 1 X a week and we give her cod liver oil. im very careful what i give my daughter its just hard to say if it reaaly works unless you put some real time into it to see how it affects your child. and its hard for me since my husband and i are not on the same page he says there is no cure in a bottle. i myself want to belive ive seen too many youtube videos of other children improve through diffrent kinds of treatment im still trying out phase. its hard when her pedtrition doctor says bottom line your child is autistic dont waste your money. DAN doctors cost too much. if i applied for autism grant we are borderline to just over the income limit allowed....tmg477 -

I have a son on the Autism Spectrum who just turned 16 - I just came on Daily Strength to join the MS group and saw this group was here. Eli has been on a vitamin combination put out by Kirkman Laboratories in and it is called Super Nu Thera. It is the Brain child od a doctor who has spent his life studying Autism. When Eli was young they couldn't figure out how to put this stuff into a pill or capsule - and you had to give your child large amounts of powder stuff and Eli wasn't about to take that. He was a VERY picky eater when he was young. Now they have it in every imaginable texture - liquid, powder, capsules, caplets, tablets etc. With or without A & D (for those who follow the research about large amounts of Cod Liver Oil) BUT Eli now can tell me that he can tell the difference between when he takes the vitamins and when he doesn't. He is 175lbs. so he has to take 12 tablets a day Plus he takes Omega Fatty acids - but he doesn't complain (Bless his heart) because he says it makes that much difference for him. It's nice now that he is older and doing so much better that he can cooperate in his own treament. He also takes a number of precricrtion meds. But we find vitamins to soo beneficial!
