is this my inner child?

Sometimes when i talk about something painful from my past, i feel stupid & small, and pushed into a corner, i just want to curl up and everything will go away, i just feel belittled in a way i suppose, its kind of hard for me to explain

    Yes, good for you that you can recognize her... no to strengthen her and allow her to grow into a strong confidant woman. This is where the introspection./ therapy comes into play. I used a 12 step program to grow my inner child and heal some of those wounds from the past
