I had gastric bypass in 2000, and went from 365 down to 165. Now I am up to 235 and really feel bad. I can’t seem to stick to any diet, and now worry I will keep gaining till it all comes back. I am 52 and a bad knee, back and some other problems make exercise difficult.

Anyone else in this condition.
