Has anyone else tried this challenge? I fussed for HOURS yesterday making Ma'amoul, little date or walnut tartlets..thought I would go to heaven when I tasted one of the fresh dates I got at the market...it was the perfection of the gods. So sweet, tender and succulent, I'm surprised they aren't illegal! lol!
