I take it for pain, some days more than others. Some days not at all. You know your personality. Do you think you would have a problem getting addicted? There is a difference in addicted and dependant. I take a few in my purse all the time. If I need one I take it, if I don't well its there for another day. It just depends on you.

I have used them in the past. Be cautious and have someone you trust (if your married, your spouse) know your fears and let them know when you take them. I did that with my husband because I did not want to be that person who had an illness and then became an addict. I knew he loved me and wanted the best for me and would notice if I changed or started abusing them. My prayers are with you!

That is so ironic that u have asked this question. I have multiple sclerosis and have been suffering from severe pain for several years. The pain has gotten worse. My Neuro has tried all kinds of nerve blockers and nothing has worked. My husband keeps telling me to get marijuana, which of course is illegal here in Phila. It is supposed to help with the pain; but, I don't want to break the law!! Since I keep saying no, he told me to ask for stronger drugs(opiates). I did not want that. I too am a Christian(Minister). Well, finally I cannot take it any longer, so my doctor is sending me to a pain center. I am now waiting to hear from them. U must be pre-screened first. I do not want to become addicted either; however, I believe when u are being monitored u will not become addicted. I wish you the very best. I will keep u in my prayers and may the peace of God rest, rule and reign with you now and forever more. God bless u and your family!!
    Much love!
