I Don't believe that this is considered bragging when we all enjoy reading about the victories we all achieve. Let's face it, everyone here loves to talk about themselves in the sense of inspiring others and knowing that we have friends that can cheer us up and support us. No one understands the sacrifices made to achieve such a fanstastic goal unless they have been traveling the same path. I am proud of your accomplishements. Here is a protein shoot to you!!! Wonderful news.

Wow, I can't wait to be that weight. At my first weigh in a week after surgery I lost 20 lbs and before surgery I lost 13lbs so in total 33lbs..i am to go back to get weighted on the 3rd....I am scared to see what is next.....l never thought i would get to this point...I am becoming a new person. It is hard after being the fat sidekick next to the thin pretty girls for so long.

Pam you are truly an inspiration for me and all who are in your shoes. I am only three weeks out and am a little scared to have my first weigh in. I don't know why I am worried, I am eating right. I think it is probably my old fears of the scale. Brag all you want because it makes me know I too can do it! Congrats!!!!!

    Your friend,

    Margaret
