One easy plant to grow is Ivy! It grows so fast, you can snip it and root it in water to start more!

I think the best tip I have for growing houseplants is don't skimp on the soil. Use good quality potting soil. I found anything from the dracaena family grows easily. At least for me it does.

Read about the plant and it's preferred conditions - ie some will tolerate a sunny window others will not but like light but not director sunlight. Others will not mind cool dark condition.

Most house plants will require repotting or new soil once a year and some will prefer regular watering and feeding and others once a month watering and only feed in the flowering season.

Don't overwater or underwater your plants. Some plats will not tolerate wet feet at all.

Welcome
