What we have left of my family now is very small. But I grew up with 5 sisters and we had a time together. What I recall most was our parents prayer and good guidance. Most of my sister's married at a young age not me,I enjoyed the freedom of my young years. My family is close and always have been.My two sisters are my best friends.

I have my dad and sister that are well and kind. My mom has Alzheimers and is living in a home. My sister lives in Vermont, so I don't get to see her much. My family is little but full of lots of health and love!! My dad is my hero. He's always taking care of me, and making sure I'm always alright. He worries about me living alone. My sister is married to a wonderful husband, and has 2 beautiful girls who I adore. They are lots of fun! Their ages are 10 and 12. I'm blessed to have such a kind, well adjusted, and caring family. I have lots of cousins. -

My 1st cousin Karrissa and I are like best friends, i consider like a sister to me. Her mom ( my mom's sister) and i are pretty close also. My brother is 18 and he hardly stays home, he's always on the go, but we joke around and tease each other alot. My mom and I have been getting alot closer since she moved out, and my dad is my world! -

I grew up in a family of 6 kids (5 girls and 1 boy). I am also a twin. Growing up we were close. I had a very loving, wonderful childhood.
However, now it is all different. This sister doesn't get along with this one, and so on. Whenever we get together as a family, it is divided. I have tried to get all to sit down and talk about the problems, but some of my siblings refuse. So I guess the word for my family now is "dysfunctional" to say the least. It is soo sad.
For me personally, I have a great husband and two awesome boys. I have been blessed. -

My mother and father (who adopted me) are mild mannered, annoyingly intrusive socialists that drive me nuts with their constant bullsh*t. My sister (also adopted) is even more mentally ill than I. -

My sisters are warm loving and wondeful but love a good peice of gossip.I dont contact them as much as I should. When i do I keep our conversation simple.Their adult children are jealous of my adult children they have always been jealous. My children all finished school went to college, did something with their lives and have good jobs.So because mine can afford a better life they tend to be rude and stand offish to my children, which I think is so ridiculous. So you guys are not alone there is crap in every family.
