Dad said yes but Mom said no

Remember those days when you wanted something or wanted to do something and mom told you NO and dad said YES? Who did you listen to lol.
For me it was my dad because he usually said yes lol lol

My dad never said yes or no. His answer was always, "Go ask your mother" or "What did your mother say?".
So for me, my mom's answer was the one I went with. -

I'd always listen to my dad cause he always said yes...and when he said no about something...he'd always try to make it up with some thing else. -

My dad always said, ask your mom. So, I had to listen to my mom. She usually let me do what I wanted, within reason. -

When Deb and I married, I had 3 children, antime they wanted something they would say, Debbie Said, that always trumped anything I said, Tod ay, 35 years later, around here it's still Debbie Said, and I reply Yes Dear. -

Both my parents were fair, if I wanted something I would ask both of them.
