FMS and Gastric Bypass

Anyone out there with FMS had Gastric Bypass surgery? Can you share your experience with me as I am in the beginning stages of getting qualified for surgery, any info will be very helpful to me

  my wife had a gastric bypass almost 3 yrs ago & her FMS symptoms have decreased dramaticaly after she lost the weight (about 200 lbs. in the first 2 yrs) she's about her ideal weight now.
