Beat the blahs

This is how i beat those nasty little blahs that are always there ready to take over our sick tierd bodies as soon as we crawl out of the bed and hobble to get our morning dose of medication. I have a terrible headache this morning and i surly feel like my bed is calling me,but NOWAY i'm not going to do it. I'm Going to take my butt down to that gym and push through this pain and get through another hour of excersise. Because this is how i see it.Im gonna be in PAIN either way right? So come on Girls git up and Excersise with me!

    I did almost 3 hours of self-defense stuff. A lot of it was sitting and learning but we did do quite a bit of moves. I was proud of myself for doing them all and not giving up!

    I am with you I feel the same way, I am going to be in pain know matter what we are doing, so just do something. Gets your mind off your pain.
    Congrats for going to the gym and exercising for a hour. I am back to walking everday and drinking more water.

    I'M W/YA ALL LETS KEEP DOIN IT!
    I'M TRYING TO FIND A "RECOMBENT BIKE" LOW TO THE GROUND W/TWO WHEEL IN BACK I CAN'T GRIP A REG BIKE & NEED FOOT BRAKES!
    SO I'LL KEEP DOIN MY EXERCISE BALL SIT-UP @ END OF BED & RESORTIVE YOGA EVERYDAY!

    I'm with you too!!! Worked out Wed and today, and hopefully can get in a workout tomorrow too! Makes me a bit more tired, but sure does help the pain for me...

    You could not have said it better! I am beating this "thing" by taking it to the gym! I completed my goal and made it to the gym 32 times in 7 1/2 weeks. I feel AMAZING!! and actually look forward to getting there everyday! I find I do MUCH better going in the evening! Or after lunch!!! I downloaded some GREAT music on my ipod to workout too! Biggest Loser has some GREAT songs to workout to! My husband and youngest daughter have now made it a priority to go to gym as well!! YEA!!!!

    Wow, sounds like many of you have gotten busy.... I have yet to kick it into gear again. I better start walking and riding my bike.

    hhmm, sounds like only females get fibro when u say 'comeongirls'
    aqua therapy helps me the most even thougfh I'm a male with fibro,lol
