Hello! Exercise "CAN" be a cure for those who make a choice to do something about their health. Some make their choice early in life, and some, like me, wait until their choice isn't optional but "must do" to stop the downward spiral that keeps on going down if nothing is done about it. I didn't start weight training until I was 64 years old and weighed 235 pounds. Even tasks that were once easy were becomimg more and more difficult to complete without resting most of the time. Now at age 71, after almost 8 years of weight training, I feel as good as I ever have and have no need for prescription drugs.
I created a website to show what I've learned to others that are looking for a easy and safe way to get into weight training. I also have a question and answer page to explain the science behind my program. This is a information only website with nothing to buy. If anyone would be interested, the web address is on my profile page. Thanks for reading this.
