Happy Thursday everyone! Thank goodness it's almost the weekend, I never thought it would get here.
Went for a run this morning, 31:33, pretty good. I was a bit tired. I never seem to be able to make myself run faster. Always the same pace. My lungs don't want to be able to inhale more oxygen to get going. I wonder if it's living in the city? I don't smoke. I don't live with or date a smoker. Hmmm.
Keep on striving! It's beautiful outside :)
