Laughter Yoga

Hi everyone, I know how hard it can be to be motivated to get out and exercise so when I came across this new exercise that's sweeping the nation I couldn't help but think it's the perfect exercise to get started with.

Laughter Yoga is exactly what the name suggests......Very moderate yoga type moves and breathing combined with the most important ingredient, Laughter.

It's great because well we begin to get our bodies moving we also work on improving mind set and energy levels.

Anyone tried it?

    Hi, Laughter Yoga/Therapy combines simple meditation (sopmetimes chanting), gentle exercise and breathing control which helps improve energy, release endorphins and relieves pain. The breathing exercises flood your body with oxygen and help keep everything moving internally. The physical benefits are on par with the psychological benefits you get from similar yoga/tai chi programs. And you come away feeling like you've had a great time! I would recommend even just sampling it for a while and see what you think.
