predator hunting

does anyone do much of it? i`ve thought about it and when i have extra time it always sounds appealing. we have plenty of foxes and coyotes. what do i need to get started? can anyone recommend any good how to books or magazines.

    Let me just state that when you hunt and kill coyotes, they simply breed more heavily... It is most definitely a double edged sword there... Where I live (Central Ohio), we are not overrun with predators... It would easily become much worse if we had successful predator hunts...

    I know this is not a popular stance, but I research and read too much not to mention it... My main concern is the Bald Eagle we have on our farm quite often. I've decided I could sacrifice a chickie or two to see the Eagles repopulate our area. It's a karma thing in my book, and I'd rather let it be...

    but that`s exactly why we can have predator hunts, we know they will fill the void that is created. besides, letting nature take control the population is less humane and rather cruel compared to a bullet too. i love watching the eagles here too. i also enjoy trying to match my woodsmans abilities against their senses. i almost always lose too.
