Had a seizure last night

I feel really down because I went 3 months........I was having simple partials, but no generalized secondary (Grand-mals) came through (Thanks to my VNS)I felt really tired all of a sudden and went to my room to lay down. I used my magnet twice and (I thought) I fell asleep waking to find my husband laying next to me looking at me like I was a sick puppy about to die. I siad "I was tired and just fell asleep" not wanting to hear the words I saw in his face. I guess I did all kinds of talking inbetween or something...
I don't remember a thing. I even asked him to give me my meds AND TOOK THEM! How scarry that is to not remember. That was the second day of my period and I really really didn't expect it. I usually get them around my cycle.
My whole right side hurts my neck and shoulder mostly. It took forever just to get out of bed. I'm just venting...I feel so scared now...

:( Sorry... Same thing happened to me. Did real good for a while then, boom! Had them with my cycle. BUT, I still had a whole lot LESS, than before I had the VNS. ((hugs)) -

I am so sorry to here this, I too know the look from someone who you love and the "did you know you just had a seizure" or "are you ok". I hate it! I also get my seizures just before my cycle, doctors often tell me I am nuts, but that is the way it has almost always gone. We often think it has been awhile maybe it is uder control, and the dissapointment when somehting like this happens is a horrible feeling. I am here for you...
