you would think with all the new technology we have that something besides surgery would be out there for us!

I have had two surgeries so far ( one was a diagnostic ). I have been trying to keep up with the Endo diet as well as light exercise and WATCH MY STRESS !!! I hate birth control pills !!! However if my pain keeps getting worse then I'll have to start trying them again until I find one that works . In the past I have tried nuva ring, minovral, marvalon and alese. All had strong physical side effects for me except for Nuva ring. I found that the Nuva ring had more emotional side effects such as bringing on feelings of sadness.
I would love for the natural therapies to work !! In terms of hormone balancing I am taking Macca, Estro Sense and Pasco femine. I also take fish oil pills, primrose oil, calcium/magnesium, vitamin B and iron ( liquid form ). I have also been getting acupuncture. Overall it has helped in that I only have severe pain on the day of as well as 3-4 days afterwards. I used to get buckled over pain while ovulating. But i am not pain free and still have to take time off work for 1-2 days once I get my period.
Please let me know what everyone else is doing. What is working for you ?
