Try taking a little time for yourself, enjoy a walk, meditation, take a nap, read. You deserve a break from the struggling (hugs). Giving yourself something else to think about. Try to plan this time, ahead of time, even if it's 5 min. at first. Struggling takes a lot of energy, we need to remeber to take some time out for our health and peace of mind.
